Cave-in / bridge: find a support, rope or side route; do not charge through.
Black River / mirror: get to high ground; be careful what looks back.
Spores / swarm: use a torch or cloth; watch for poison.
Bones / statue: observe first; old names and weapons can be clues.
Altar / gold: look for the price before taking the reward.
Mist / lamp / echo: keep your direction with sound, rope or walls.
